Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your Grounded & Rising piece. If your item isn’t quite right, I’m happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

To request a return or exchange, please email hello@grounded-rising.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by our 14-day change-of-mind returns period.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Sale items and gift cards
We do not accept change-of-mind returns on sale items or gift cards. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on digital downloads once they have been delivered or accessed. This does not exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
