Australia-wide shipping

We ship Grounded & Rising orders Australia-wide from the Gold Coast/Tweed Heads region.

Processing times

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.

During busy periods, launches, markets or promotional events, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll be in touch.

Domestic shipping

We offer two delivery options within Australia:

Standard Shipping — $10
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping — $15
Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the delivery service and circumstances outside our control.

International shipping

International shipping is available for $29.

Estimated delivery: 6–27 business days

International delivery times can vary considerably depending on the destination country, customs processing and local postal services.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply to their order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Please keep an eye on your tracking so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delayed or missing orders

While we do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly, once your parcel has been handed to the delivery service, occasional delays can occur that are outside our control.

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@grounded-rising.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect delivery details

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required to resend the order.
